Libba has been instrumental in building winning teams in heavily regulated environments including the medical device, transportation and hospitality industries. She has been based in Texas, New York, Connecticut, Missouri, Utah, and California and has had responsibility for human resources in over fifty countries. Libba’s success has been her ability to identify leaders that can implement processes focused on the voice of the customer.
Prior to joining Albertini Group, Libba served as the Vice President Customer Care of Medtronic, one of the world's largest independent medical technology company dedicated to developing life-changing technologies to improve the way chronic diseases are treated. Libba supervised a team of over 650 customer care professionals and led the Diabetes Unit’s business efforts to build a high-performance workforce and service culture. Libba was also responsible for technical support, inside sales, and revenue and accounts receivable management. Additionally, Libba built their education center for health care providers.
Previously, Libba served in a variety of executive positions at American Airlines. As Vice President of Operations, Libba staffed and led five customer service call centers with over 7,000 employees. As Managing Director, International Human Resources, Libba was responsible for over 10,000 employees in 50 countries. In addition, Libba led the Human Resource Team for the $2.8B global acquisition of TWA. She was also responsible for the execution of American Airlines’ first frequent traveler loyalty program.
Libba holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of Texas.
